Designed to help your Management Team to provide better governance oversight and control over workflow.

Process

The SourceGroup Team meets your selected Team of Staff and Volunteers to review your governance procedures with them utilising SourceGroup’s system of comprehensive checklists. Our Program will define "Who does What & When" and will facilitate a dialogue of ideas to energise your Team to work collaboratively at peak efficiency.

Outcome

SourceGroup will provide Management with a comprehensive Report that will identify compliance and management issues, as well as system challenges and opportunities in order to develop the model Organisation for the future.

Timetable

Within two weeks, from the time of the initial meeting, to the SourceGroup review, through to the presentation of the final Report (depending upon your specific circumstances).

Fee

Customized by mutual agreement to fit the needs of the Charity and delivered on time and on budget
