SourceGroup is set up to assist Charities meet the needs of the Community they serve and to facilitate prospective donors in supporting their charity of choice. In these tough economic times, SourceGroup works with charities and their supporters to respond effectively to meet the increased needs of the Community.
Since 1978, SourceGroup has provided resources for charities and not-for-profit organisations in developing strategic planning and in-house training programs for marketing, management and fundraising. Our primary focus is on building the capacity of our clients to be economically viable and self-sustaining. In 2001, SourceGroup established a consulting service in Victoria to assist donors become more effective in supporting local charities by better matching of their time, talents and resources to a charity’s specific needs.
SourceGroup personal services to Charity
SourceGroup works with the Client Charity on all aspects of strategic planning to achieve results on budget and on time on a fee for service basis:
Strategy: Envisioning the Charity's Strategic Plan and facilitating its implementation every step of the way from concept to successful completion, including retreats for Board and decision-makers
Development: Developing fundraising (including major gifts and grant applications) and volunteer programs, as well as help in the design and publishing of in-house publications, newsletters, websites and promotional material
Training: Presenting customised training sessions to equip the charity’s people to undertake specific roles in the Strategic Plan
Building Capacity: Coaching and monitoring individual and Team performance, to expand the capacity of the charity’s people to achieve personal goals and to meet organizational objectives.
SourceGroup personal services to Donors
SourceGroup offers a confidential consulting service to individual donors to achieve their personal goals and objectives in giving "the gift of giving" to their chosen charity on a fee for service basis.
SourceGroup brings the benefit of its unique experience of working with local charities and its gift planning expertise to design a gifting program to match the wishes of the donor to the needs of the charity of choice.
